How much does a move in Warsaw cost?
You pay for the working time of a vehicle with a driver or a crew. Start (van + driver) costs PLN 320 for 2 hours, Mini (van + 1 mover) PLN 390, Standard (van + 2 movers) PLN 490 and Comfort (van + 2 movers + packing) PLN 600. Each extra hour is PLN 160, 195, 245 and 300 respectively. When both addresses are in Warsaw, the fixed rate from the price list applies.
What is included in the price?
A vehicle matched to your things, the crew of your package, loading, transport and unloading within the booked time. With Comfort we also pack and protect your things. Materials and extra work (such as taking furniture apart) are agreed by phone – just add them to the order notes.
How is the working time calculated?
The minimum is 2 hours, after that we bill every started hour. Online you can book 2 to 8 hours. If your move looks like it will take longer, mention it in the notes and we'll sort it out by phone.
Is the price on the website final?
It's a preliminary price. When both addresses are in Warsaw, we charge the fixed hourly rate. If any address is outside Warsaw, we show an estimate and confirm the final amount by phone before the move.
I live on a high floor without a lift. Is that a problem?
Not at all, but from the 5th floor up without a lift a surcharge may apply. We never add it automatically – we agree it with you by phone before confirming the order.
Do you move things outside Warsaw?
Yes. We pick up in Warsaw and the surrounding towns and deliver anywhere in Poland. We don't do moves from other cities into Warsaw, though – the move has to start in Warsaw or the surrounding area.
Do you help with packing?
Yes – packing and protecting your things is part of the Comfort package (PLN 600 for 2 hours). With Mini and Standard you pack yourself and we carry and drive; Start is transport with a driver only.
Which vehicle should I choose?
The Mercedes Sprinter is usually enough for a studio or a 1–2 room flat, the Ford Transit for a 2–3 room flat, and the Iveco tarp truck for a large flat, a house or an office. The price doesn't depend on the vehicle. Not sure? Send photos of your things on WhatsApp and we'll advise.
How do I check my order status?
After booking you get a code such as P24-7KX2QM. Check the status on the “My orders” page – orders placed on this device appear straight away, and you can find any other order with its code and your phone number.
Can I change my order?
Yes, as long as the order is “Processing – wait for our call”, i.e. waiting for our call. You can change the date, addresses, package and number of hours. Once it's confirmed, changes are agreed by phone.
Do I need to create an account?
No. All we need is your phone number – we call it to confirm the order. Your order code and phone number are enough to check the status later.
