Moving from Warsaw to Poznań
Heading from Warsaw to Poznań? We move studios, whole flats and small offices – from Warsaw or the towns around it straight to your new address in Greater Poland.
The A2 motorway makes Poznań one of the easier long-distance destinations. The route is about 310 km, and a loaded van usually covers it in 3.5–4.5 hours, depending on traffic and stops. That makes it easier to plan when the crew will reach your new address and when someone should be there with the keys. The driving time is included in your order along with loading and unloading, and it is charged at the package's hourly rate for every started hour. Since Poznań is outside Warsaw, the form shows an estimated price. A manager confirms the final amount with you by phone before moving day, so there are no surprises on the spot. We do not offer a fixed price for a Warsaw – Poznań run, because every move is a different size.
With a shorter drive than to Kraków or Gdańsk, a small move – a studio or a room with a few boxes – has a good chance of fitting into the 8 hours you can book online. For a bigger flat, choose the maximum and note that more time may be needed; we will settle the details by phone. If your new address is right in the centre of Poznań, near the Old Market Square, expect narrow streets and limited space to stop, so check in advance where the van can park. If the new flat is on a gated estate, add the gate code as well. In an older walk-up building, tell us the floor: the surcharge applies only from the 5th floor up without a lift, and we agree it by phone.
If you are setting off from the towns west of Warsaw, such as Pruszków or Ożarów Mazowiecki, you are close to the road west and skip a drive across the whole city. We move small offices too: desks, cabinets and archive boxes travel best in the Iveco tarp truck, while a two- or three-room flat fits in the Ford Transit L4H3. The price does not depend on the vehicle; we match it to the load. Standard with two movers is 245 zł/h, and Comfort with packing 300 zł/h. Send photos of your things on WhatsApp, and keep your laptop, documents and keys with you. Photos help us judge how many hours to book.
Practical tips
- For a studio, check whether it all fits into 8 hours – longer moves are arranged by phone.
- Set off before the morning rush, when the main roads out of Warsaw start to clog up.
- If the address is near the Old Market Square, find a place for the van to stop beforehand.
- Moving an office? Label the document boxes and carry any data drives yourself.
