Bydgoszcz sits on the River Brda, and its centre – Mill Island, the old granaries along the river and the tenements on Gdańska Street – is dense, older housing. Tenements there often have no lift, the staircases can be narrow, and it is best to find a place for the van to stop in advance. Fordon is a different story: big estates of blocks with lifts and car parks, where the van can usually pull up right by the entrance. On the edges of the city and in the surrounding villages, new estates and detached houses keep appearing too. If you are moving into a tenement, add the floor and lift details to your notes – the only possible surcharge is for the 5th floor or higher without a lift, always agreed by phone.

If you pack yourself, Standard with two movers (245 zł/h) will do, and for a few pieces of furniture and some boxes, Mini with one mover (195 zł/h). A whole flat usually travels in the Ford Transit or the Iveco tarp truck; we match the vehicle to your load and the price does not depend on it. Once you book, you get a code such as P24-7KX2QM and a manager calls or messages you on WhatsApp to go through the route. That code and your phone number let you follow the status under “My orders”.

- Leave Warsaw before the morning rush – on a trip of about 300 km, traffic jams quickly stretch the day.
- For a large flat, book 8 hours and describe the load in the notes – we will sort out the rest by phone.
- For a tenement in central Bydgoszcz, check beforehand where the van can stop near the entrance.
- Pack a separate bag with documents, chargers and first-night essentials and keep it with you.
Questions
What if my move to Bydgoszcz takes more than 8 hours?
You can book from 2 to 8 hours online. If loading, about 4–5 hours of driving and unloading might not fit into that, choose 8 hours and add a note in the form. A manager will call, assess the job and agree the details and the final price with you – the form only shows an estimate at the package rate.
Can you bring my things from Bydgoszcz to Warsaw?
