Students heading to Lublin with a single room's worth of belongings usually go for the Mini package: a vehicle with one mover at 195 zł/h. A family with a three-room flat will be better off with Standard and two movers (245 zł/h), and if you have no time for boxes, Comfort (300 zł/h) includes packing too – on a longer drive, well-wrapped glassware and electronics mean peace of mind all the way. We match the vehicle to the load: a Mercedes Sprinter for a studio, a Ford Transit for a two- or three-room flat and the Iveco tarp truck for a house. The price does not depend on the vehicle, so there is no need to guess which one to pick.
Lublin's Old Town and the area around Krakowskie Przedmieście are full of narrow cobbled lanes and pedestrian streets, where getting close in a large van can be tricky – if that is where you are moving, check in advance where the vehicle can get nearest to your door. Large-panel blocks usually have a lift and parking right outside, while on newer estates at the edge of town you will need the barrier code and stairwell number. At the end of September, just before the academic year starts, lots of people move to university cities, so book your date early. And make sure someone is waiting in Lublin with the keys when the crew arrives, and keep your documents and valuables with you.
