Planning an office move
Business moves run smoothest when one person owns them from start to finish – someone who knows both premises, picks up the crew's calls and knows where everything goes. Label boxes and furniture with a room or desk number, and ask your team to pack their desks the day before. If the move mustn't disrupt the working day, choose the evening slot in the form and we'll agree the exact time by phone.

Which package and vehicle to choose
For most offices the Standard package is the right fit – a vehicle and two movers at 245 zł/h. If you'd like us to do the packing, go for Comfort (300 zł/h). A single office room with a few boxes may only need Mini (195 zł/h). Our fleet includes a Mercedes Sprinter, a Ford Transit and an Iveco tarp truck. The price doesn't depend on the vehicle – we simply pick the one that fits the load. Rates are per vehicle with its crew; if there's more equipment than one trip can handle, we'll discuss it when we call to confirm.
What an office move costs
We bill per started hour with a 2-hour minimum, and you can book up to 8 hours online. In the Standard package 4 hours is 980 zł, 6 hours is 1,470 zł and 8 hours is 1,960 zł. If both addresses are in Warsaw, the hourly rate is fixed. If the new office is outside the city, the price shown is an estimate and a manager confirms the final figure by phone. On the 5th floor or above without a lift a surcharge may apply – that's also agreed by phone.

The more we know before we arrive, the fewer surprises on the day. Use the notes field to describe both premises and anything that needs special care. Questions about this service
How much does a small office move in Warsaw cost?
It depends on the hours and the package. In Standard, 3 hours cost 735 zł and 4 hours 980 zł; when both addresses are in Warsaw, the hourly rate is fixed. How long it takes depends on the amount of equipment, the floors and lift access.
Can you move our office outside business hours?
You can choose the evening slot in the form or mark your timing as flexible. We agree the exact start time when we call to confirm the order.
Do you dismantle desks and cabinets?
Furniture disassembly and assembly aren't part of the standard service. List the pieces that need taking apart in the notes and we'll confirm what's possible by phone.
Can you move our company from Warsaw to another city?
Yes – as long as your current office is in Warsaw or the metropolitan area, the new one can be anywhere in Poland. In that case the online price is an estimate and a manager confirms the final amount by phone.
