Moving within Warsaw

A move inside Warsaw is the simplest case for us: if both the pickup and drop-off addresses are within city limits, the base hourly rate is fixed and you see it straight away in the booking form. Mini is a vehicle with one mover for 390 zł / 2 h, Standard is a vehicle with two movers for 490 zł / 2 h, and Comfort adds packing for 600 zł / 2 h. You pay per started hour, with a two-hour minimum and up to eight hours per order. The only possible extra is for the 5th floor or higher without a lift, agreed with you by phone.

Every district has its own quirks. In Śródmieście, Praga, Ochota or Żoliborz many people live in pre-war tenements with narrow staircases and no lift – that is where the two movers in the Standard package really earn their keep. Ursynów, Bemowo and Targówek are mostly apartment blocks with lifts and estate car parks, while Białołęka and Wilanów are full of newer gated developments with barriers and underground garages. Put the floor, lift details and gate code in the notes, and the crew will pull up at the right entrance first time.

In the centre, the real challenge is often parking. In the paid parking zone and on the narrow streets of Śródmieście, it pays to check in advance where the vehicle can stop close to the door – sometimes a lay-by or the courtyard of the building works best. If you are moving across the Vistula, remember that the bridges get jammed at rush hour: pick a morning, afternoon or evening slot, or choose “Any time”, and we will fit the time around the traffic.
