Privacy policy

Short and to the point: what you enter in the order form, why we need it, how long we keep it and what your rights are under the GDPR.

Who the data controller is

The controller of your personal data is Vorskan Karapetian, who runs Przeprowadzka24 (details alongside). For anything about your personal data, call us or message us on WhatsApp: +48 505 847 334.

What data we collect

We collect what you type into the order form and where you came to the site from. There are no accounts, and we never ask for your e-mail, national ID number or payment details.

  • phone number – to call you or message you on WhatsApp about the booking and to confirm the date and time;
  • name (optional) – so we know how to address you;
  • addresses: from and to (town, postal code, street and number, flat number, floor, whether there is a lift) – to price and carry out the move;
  • notes (optional) – e.g. a piano or a gate code, so the crew comes prepared;
  • service details: package, vehicle, hours, date, time of day and the language of the site;
  • visit source – how you reached the site (e.g. a Google ad, a search engine, another website: the ad click ID, UTM tags from the link, the referring page address without parameters) and the first page you opened; we save it with the order.

Why and on what legal basis

Giving your phone number is voluntary, but we cannot accept a booking without it – we need a way to reach you.

  • quoting, contacting you about the booking (by phone or WhatsApp), confirming the date and carrying out the move – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps before a contract and performing it);
  • protecting the forms against abuse (a short-lived attempt limit tied to the IP address) and handling possible claims – our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
  • learning which ads and channels bring us clients (the visit source saved with the order) – our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
  • visit statistics (Google Analytics) and ad performance measurement and remarketing (Google Ads) – only with your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; you can withdraw it at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing;
  • accounting and tax obligations once the job is done – Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Retention period

We keep the data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and then delete it:

  • Unconfirmed and rejected orders – 6 months from the planned moving date;
  • Completed orders – 3 years from the end of the year in which we did the job (the limitation period for possible claims);
  • accounting documents such as invoices – 5 years from the end of the tax year, as tax law requires;
  • the visit source – as long as the order it was saved with;
  • the data used for the form attempt limit (IP address) – 10 minutes at most.

Who receives the data

We never sell your data. Only our team and the companies that help us handle the booking and run the site can access it:

  • Telegram – notifies our team about a new booking in a private chat;
  • Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Luxembourg) – hosts the website and the order database on servers in the European Union (Stockholm, Sweden);
  • Cloudflare, Inc. – protects and speeds up traffic to the site; sees your IP address and technical browser data; may process them in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework;
  • Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) – Google Analytics and Google Ads, only if you accept cookies; Google may transfer data to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (a European Commission adequacy decision).

Your rights

To use any of these rights, call us or message us on WhatsApp: +48 505 847 334. While the order is waiting for our call, you can also change its details yourself under “My orders”.

  • the right of access to your data and to a copy of it;
  • the right to rectification (correction) of your data;
  • the right to erasure of your data;
  • the right to restriction of processing;
  • the right to data portability;
  • the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

Google cookies (only with your consent)

Without your consent the site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no Google scripts. If you accept them in the banner, we use:

  • Google Analytics – visit statistics; cookies _ga and _ga_*, kept for up to 2 years;
  • Google Ads – measuring which ads bring bookings, and remarketing; cookies _gcl_*, kept for up to 90 days;
  • Your choice is remembered in your browser (localStorage) for 12 months. Change or withdraw it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.

Device memory

When you place or look up an order, its code and your phone number are saved in your browser’s storage (localStorage) so that “My orders” can show it without typing. Remove it with “Remove from this device” or by clearing your browser data.

The visit source is kept in the browser tab’s storage (sessionStorage): it disappears when you close the tab, and we receive it only together with an order you place.
