Movers in Ursynów

Ursynów began to grow in the 1970s as one of Warsaw’s largest housing estates, and to this day it is mostly apartment blocks – from Ursynów Północny through Stokłosy and Imielin to Natolin and Kabaty. The taller buildings have lifts, but many of the lower blocks have only stairs, and a narrow stairwell can turn carrying a wardrobe or a corner sofa into a real puzzle. The southern end of the district has gained newer estates with underground car parks and barriers, and around Pyry and the Kabaty Forest there are family houses too. Tell us in the notes whether there is a lift, which floor you are on and the gate code – the crew then turns up ready for your building and wastes no time at the door.
People from Ursynów often move next door to Mokotów, to Wilanów or over to the other bank of the Vistula – and whenever both addresses are in Warsaw, the base hourly rate is fixed. Mini (a vehicle and one mover) costs 195 zł/h, Standard with two movers 245 zł/h, and Comfort, where we pack your things as well, 300 zł/h. The minimum is 2 hours, and you pay for each started hour. Just beyond the southern edge of the district lie Piaseczno and Lesznowola, where plenty of people move out of the city in search of a house with a garden – or the other way round. The main road from Ursynów into the centre is Puławska, which is often jammed almost end to end in the morning rush, and in the opposite direction in the evening. The S2 expressway has changed a lot: the tunnel under Ursynów and the Południowy Bridge get you quickly to the right bank – to Wawer or Wesoła, for instance – without battling through the centre. Estate car parks along KEN avenue are usually full in the evenings and at weekends, so it pays to hold a space by your stairwell, with your own car perhaps, and free it up when the crew arrives. A studio in Natolin usually fits in the Mercedes Sprinter, a two- or three-room flat in the Ford Transit, and a house by the Kabaty Forest in the Iveco tarp truck. The price does not depend on the vehicle.

- In lower blocks without a lift, give the floor and list any large furniture that has to come down the stairs.
- Heading to the centre? Skip the morning rush on Puławska and pick a later slot.
- On estates in Kabaty and Natolin, give us the barrier or garage code and the stairwell number.
- Got a car? Park it by your stairwell the evening before and move it when the crew arrives.

How much is a move from Ursynów to Piaseczno?
Piaseczno is outside Warsaw, so the price in the form is an estimate based on the package rate – from 390 zł for 2 hours with Mini. A manager confirms the final amount by phone before the move. If your new address is within Warsaw after all – in Kabaty or Wilanów, for example – the fixed base rate applies.
Where will the vehicle park at a block in Ursynów?
Usually in the estate car park or a lay-by as close to your stairwell as possible. Spaces can be scarce in the evenings and at weekends, so it helps to hold one with your own car or describe the easiest approach in the notes. On newer estates, give us the barrier code – a loaded van rarely fits into an underground garage, so access from the courtyard matters.
