Furniture transport in Warsaw and nearby

Typically sofas and corner sofas, wardrobes, beds with mattresses, tables, chests of drawers and shelving units – anything from a single piece to a whole room. We move furniture between flats, from your parents' place to your new home, or from an apartment to a house outside Warsaw. If something is especially heavy, large or awkward, describe it in the notes or send a photo on WhatsApp and we'll plan the crew and vehicle accordingly.

The Mini package is a vehicle and one mover at 195 zł/h (390 zł / 2 h). It works for lighter pieces, or if you're happy to lend a hand. A sofa, a wardrobe or a framed bed is usually a two-person job, so for bigger furniture we recommend Standard – a vehicle and two movers at 245 zł/h (490 zł / 2 h).

We run a Mercedes Sprinter, a Ford Transit and an Iveco tarp truck, and the price doesn't change with the vehicle – we match it to the load. With both addresses in Warsaw the hourly rate is fixed; outside the city the price is an estimate that we confirm by phone.

A few minutes of prep saves the crew time on the day. It's also worth checking that your largest piece will fit through the door and up the stairwell at the new place. If you'd like us to wrap and protect the furniture for you, choose the Comfort package – we agree on materials by phone.

With furniture, stairs are what usually stretches the job. Note in your order which floor each address is on and whether there's a lift – and if there is, whether a sofa will actually fit inside. On the 5th floor or higher without a lift, a surcharge may apply, agreed by phone before we confirm. It also helps to check where the van can park near the entrance: less carrying means fewer hours.
