Apartment moves in Warsaw and the surrounding area

The price comes down to the package and the number of hours. We bill per started hour with a 2-hour minimum, and you can book anywhere from 2 to 8 hours online. Most apartment moves go with the Standard package – a vehicle and two movers at 245 zł/h, so 490 zł for 2 hours, 735 zł for 3 and 980 zł for 4. If both addresses are in Warsaw, the hourly rate is fixed. If either one is outside the city, the online price is an estimate and a manager confirms the final amount by phone.

Mostly it's the amount of stuff and how ready it is. Packed, labelled boxes move far faster than loose odds and ends. Floors matter too, as does whether there's a lift and how far the van can park from the front door. Then there's the drive between addresses – a move within Mokotów is not the same as a move out to Piaseczno or Łomianki.

On the 5th floor or higher without a lift, a surcharge may apply – we agree it by phone before confirming the order. Not sure how many hours to book? Good preparation shortens the job, and since you pay by the hour, it lowers the bill too. Start a few days ahead so that on moving day everything except the essentials is already boxed up. If you'd rather not pack at all, choose the Comfort package – we'll agree on packing materials over the phone.
