Packing and protecting your belongings

Comfort combines a vehicle, two movers and packing. The crew packs your things on site, protects them for the journey, carries them out and drives them to your new address. It costs 300 zł per hour – 600 zł for the 2-hour minimum – billed per started hour. We agree the type and amount of packing materials by phone when confirming your order, and go over exactly what needs packing at the same time.

Packing pays off most when you're short on time or your things need careful handling. Boxing up a whole apartment yourself can eat several evenings; our crew does it as part of a single job, right before loading. Meanwhile, you're free to deal with paperwork, work or the kids. These are the situations where Comfort makes the most sense.

Before we arrive, put documents, cash, jewellery and medication somewhere safe – those are best transported by you. Also mark anything we shouldn't pack, such as items staying behind or travelling separately. In the order notes, give a rough idea of how much there is and what needs extra care. Packing makes the job longer than a move where everything is already boxed, so with Comfort it's usually worth booking more hours. For example, 4 hours in this package is 1,200 zł and 6 hours is 1,800 zł. If both addresses are in Warsaw, the hourly rate is fixed; outside the city the price is an estimate confirmed by a manager. If you'd rather pack yourself, the Standard package is 245 zł/h.
